Taking the condition of your existing teeth into account, various techniques are available for tooth whitening, depending on whether you want to whiten just one dark tooth or all of your teeth. There is a trend these days for piercings of the tongue and lips. We do not recommend this as it has been known for the studs from these piercings to cause teeth to chip or fracture. The piercings also may become infected.

If, however, you feel a need for some ornamentation of your mouth we are able to bond/”glue” (not pierce!) a small gem/jewel/crystal onto your chosen tooth or teeth. This procedure is carried out by a qualified dentist to ensure the tooth surface isn’t harmed in any respect and only certified quality materials are used. The cost of this is approximately the same as a small filling depending on the jewel chosen. A tooth gem can be safely removed by a dentist, ensuring no harm to the tooth.
