We have entered the second week of National Smile Month, organised by the charity Oral Health Foundation.\u00a0 The catch phrase this year is Love Your Smile.<\/p>\n
Obviously one way to love your smile is to look after it by brushing your teeth and gums, using a fluoride toothpaste; so why not treat your smile and yourself to a new toothbrush (or toothbrush head for an electric toothbrush)?\u00a0 \u00a0We would recommend that everyone replaces their toothbrush (or toothbrush head) every three months.\u00a0 So, what to do with the waste that is generated by doing this?<\/p>\n
We have the answer!\u00a0 In conjunction with Philips Oral Health Care and Terra Cycle, we can recycle old toothbrushes, interdental brushes, water nozzles and floss containers.\u00a0 Just bring your items to the practice and place them in the box on the coffee table in the hall and we will then send them to Terra Cycle who will ensure effective recycling takes place.<\/p>\n
